1.Overview

This Cookies Policy explains how Avenqor uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, SDK identifiers and pixels) across avenqor.net and related services. It complements our Privacy Policy and sits alongside token purchases, dashboards and AI-powered course/strategy delivery.

By interacting with the cookie banner or the preferences centre, you manage consent for every non-essential category. Essential cookies remain active to keep the platform secure and functional.

2.What are cookies (and similar technologies)?

Cookies are small files placed on your device to enable secure sessions, remember preferences and measure performance. Similar technologies include localStorage/sessionStorage keys (for UI state), SDK identifiers (for mobile-like flows) and pixels used for analytics or attribution.

On Avenqor, they help with authentication, payment security, localisation (language + currency), dashboard filters, AI generation logs, fraud monitoring and—where you permit—analytics/marketing.

3.Categories we use

We group cookies and similar technologies into the following categories. Only "Necessary" cookies run without consent; all others await your explicit choice.

Necessary / Essential

Authentication, session management, CSRF protection, checkout security, fraud mitigation and consent logging.

Functional / Preferences

Language (EN/AR), currency, theme, dashboard filters, token pack reminders and saved AI form presets.

Performance / Analytics

Aggregated metrics about page load, AI generation reliability, error diagnostics and adoption of product areas.

Marketing / Attribution

Optional tags for campaign measurement, remarketing or partnership attribution. Disabled unless you opt in.

Security / Anti-abuse

Rate limiting, anomaly detection, bot mitigation and device fingerprinting used strictly to protect accounts.

4.Typical cookies & storage keys

Specific names, providers and lifetimes may change as we update the Service. The definitive list is always available in the Cookie Settings panel.

5.Consent & lawful basis

Essential cookies rely on the "performance of a contract" legal basis because they are required to run your account, secure transactions and deliver requested content.

Functional, Analytics and Marketing cookies rely on consent unless we explicitly state that a given analytics tool operates under legitimate interests (for example, IP is truncated, no cross-site tracking, short retention, aggregated reporting).

Security/anti-abuse technologies rely on legitimate interests to keep the Service safe for you and other users.

6.How we record and retain consent

When you save your cookie choices, we log the categories selected, the policy version, timestamp and technical metadata (IP address, user-agent) for evidential and security purposes.

Consent records are retained for at least 24 months and up to 6 years where required for regulatory enquiries or dispute resolution, consistent with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

7.Third parties & international transfers

We may rely on third-party providers for payments, authentication, analytics, hosting/CDN, email delivery, video hosting or attribution. Some providers process personal data outside the UK/EEA.

Where transfers occur we use UK adequacy regulations, UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical/organisational controls (encryption, access controls, minimisation). The Cookie Settings panel lists current vendors.

8.Managing or withdrawing consent

Use the banner on first visit or the persistent "Cookie Settings" link in the footer to accept, reject or customise categories. Your latest choice applies going forward and does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

You can clear cookies via your browser or use private mode. Blocking necessary cookies may break authentication, dashboards or payments.

9.Do Not Track / Global Privacy Controls

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar signals, we treat them as an opt-out from non-essential cookies wherever technically feasible under applicable law.

Standards differ, and not every environment exposes reliable signals, so we cannot guarantee universal honouring in legacy browsers.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when we add new integrations, analytics tools, payment partners or legal requirements change. Material updates will be announced via an in-app notice, banner and/or email to registered users.

The Effective Date above always reflects the latest version. Changes operate prospectively.
