Refund & Return Policy for token packs, courses and AI features.

Everything here explains how we review refund requests for Avenqor token top-ups, ready-made courses, custom PDFs and AI Strategy Builder outputs. It is based on UK consumer law and tailored to digital-only delivery.

1.Summary (customer-facing)
  • Refunds are reviewed under this Policy together with applicable UK consumer regulations.
  • Typical processing time: 5–10 business days after approval; banks or payment providers may take longer to post funds.
  • Refunds do not exceed the original amount paid for the relevant token pack or feature.
  • Tokens that were already consumed remain non-refundable.
  • Wallet credit is bound to the account, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash (see section 5).
  • Promotional or bonus credits can expire and are never refundable.
  • All Avenqor products are digital; there are no physical items to return.
  • Submit requests via info@avenqor.net, including your account email, order reference and supporting details.

2.Scope and legal notice

This Policy governs cancellations and refunds for purchases made via avenqor.net, including Wallet top-ups (token purchases) and paid educational features (ready-made courses, custom PDFs, AI Strategy Builder outputs and calculators) operated by OVERSEAS SUPPORT LIMITED (“Avenqor”, “we”).

The Service delivers digital-only content and tooling. Nothing needs to be shipped back or physically returned under this Policy.

Nothing here removes statutory protections provided by UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3.Key definitions
Wallet / Wallet Credit
Pre-paid balance (in Tokens) held inside your Avenqor account. It is not cash, e-money or a financial instrument.
Tokens
Units consumed to unlock courses, generate custom PDFs, run AI strategies or trigger other paid features.
Outputs / Content
Digital PDFs, strategy files, diagrams and supporting assets generated by the Service.
Order / Transaction
A confirmed Wallet top-up, course purchase or paid feature activation.
Abuse / Fraud
Any behaviour that breaches the Avenqor Terms (for example, chargeback abuse, automated token farming, unauthorised payments or attempts to bypass limits).
4.General refund principles
  • 4.1. Refund cap – refunds never exceed what you paid for that order and may exclude non-recoverable processor fees where the law allows.
  • 4.2. Digital performance – when you ask us to begin immediately (by consuming Tokens straight after a top-up), you acknowledge that any statutory cooling-off right may be lost for that content once delivery starts.
  • 4.3. Consumed Tokens – Tokens spent on completed actions (downloads, AI runs, custom course generations) are non-returnable.
  • 4.4. Accuracy of inputs – Outputs rely on your intake data. If your inputs are wrong or incomplete, recreating content consumes new Tokens.
  • 4.5. Refund currency – refunds are issued, where possible, in the same currency and to the same payment method used originally.
  • 4.6. FX display – multi-currency prices are indicative; your card issuer controls the final FX rate/fees.
  • 4.7. Promotions – promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and may expire per their own terms.
  • 4.8. Abuse or fraud – we can decline refunds, suspend accounts and claw back Tokens where we suspect abuse, fraud or policy breaches.
5.Wallet top-ups (Tokens)
  • 5.1. Nature – Wallet top-ups are advance payments for digital services. The Wallet is not a bank, payment or e-money account and does not earn returns.
  • 5.2. Unused balances – unused Tokens are normally non-withdrawable. Exceptional refunds (duplicate payments, clear technical faults) are discretionary and may exclude non-recoverable fees.
  • 5.3. Partially used top-ups – only the unused portion of a specific top-up may be considered for refund, capped at the original fiat amount of that top-up.
  • 5.4. No transfer – Wallet credit cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred to other users.
6.Cancellations of paid features
  • 6.1. Before performance – if no Tokens have been consumed and no PDF/AI process has started, you may request cancellation and a refund of the relevant fee.
  • 6.2. After performance begins – once a generation has started (Tokens consumed, files rendered), cancellations and refunds are unavailable except where non-excludable rights apply.
7.Quality issues and re-runs
  • 7.1. Good-faith review – report materially defective files (corrupted PDF, empty export, obvious mismatch) within 7 days and include screenshots, timestamps or error IDs.
  • 7.2. Remedy – if we confirm an Avenqor-side fault, we will re-run the process at no Token cost or credit equivalent Tokens if re-running is not feasible.
  • 7.3. External acceptance – broker, marketplace or regulator rejection does not automatically mean the content is defective and does not create refund rights.
8.How to request a refund
  • Email info@avenqor.net with your account email, order / transaction reference, whether you are querying a Wallet top-up or a specific feature, and any relevant evidence (screens, bank confirmations, links).
  • We acknowledge within 5 business days, may request more information, and aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days (posting times depend on your bank).
9.Chargebacks, disputes and investigations
  • 9.1. Initiating a chargeback is treated as a formal dispute; we will submit logs (orders, Token consumption, IP/device data) and may suspend your account pending resolution.
  • 9.2. If funds are reversed from us, we may remove equivalent Tokens/Wallet credit and recover any amounts lawfully owed.
  • 9.3. Contacting Avenqor support first is the fastest way to resolve billing concerns.
10.Taxes and invoicing
  • 10.1. We issue electronic receipts/invoices for token purchases and paid features, showing any VAT or indirect taxes required based on your billing data.
  • 10.2. Where tax has already been remitted and cannot be reclaimed, refunded amounts may be net of those taxes unless the law requires otherwise.
11.Record-keeping and data protection
  • 11.1. We retain records relevant to refunds, chargebacks and disputes (order IDs, top-ups, Token usage, logs, timestamps, device/IP data) for at least 24 months and up to 6 years for enterprise or disputed transactions, in line with tax and legal duties.
  • 11.2. Personal data is processed as a controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
12.Illustrative examples (not legally binding)
  • Immediate performance – you top up and instantly spend Tokens on AI strategies. Those consumed Tokens are not refundable.
  • Not yet performed – you purchase a custom course slot but cancel before any Tokens are deducted; we may refund that amount.
  • Corrupted output – a PDF export fails due to a system error; we re-run it or credit equivalent Tokens.
  • Unused top-up – you add €200, never spend it and later decide to leave Avenqor. We may refund the €200 minus non-recoverable fees.
  • Marketplace rejection – a broker or marketplace rejects your plan for their own policy reasons. That alone does not entitle you to a refund.
13.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material updates will be communicated via email and/or dashboard notices. Changes apply prospectively and do not impact refunds already processed unless the law requires otherwise.
